Bedroom Boost
“Now, our bedroom is our favorite room in the house, and we can’t wait to retire, relax, and rejuvenate there every night!”
The Problem
Zak & Jillian were getting ready to have a baby. They didn’t like spending time in their bedroom and needed help creating a more warm and loving environment. The view from the bed was busy with bikes, a large cluttered bookshelf with family photos, and a giant cat activity tower. The bed was pushed up against the wall with one nightstand and lamp next to it.
The Solution
We pulled the bed out so it can be accessed from both sides and added a second nightstand and lamp for balance. The bikes got locked outside on their patio and the cat tower and bookshelf were moved to the living room. We moved a comfy glider chair to the corner for night time feedings. The purple heart on the wall next to the chair has battery operated pin lights, so mom can see in the dark without waking dad. The color purple boosts abundance while the colors red, pink, and white signify love, as do the symbols of their union: their initials, wedding picture, 2 lamps, 2 nightstands, and decor above the bed from their wedding.
