What happens during my 60 minute in-home consultation?

This is our first chance to meet face to face in the space you wish to transform. It’s a time in which we can get to know each other. We’ll discuss your goals for the project and I can give you a general estimate of how long it will take. I usually photograph your space so that I can start thinking about an action plan and conceptualize the outcome. We can then schedule a block of time that works best for you.

How do you dispose of my stuff?
  • We can load donations into your vehicle to take to the facility of your choice.
  • We can load donations into our vehicles and dispose of them for you.
  • I usually donate at Fort Collins ARC.
  • For trash that exceeds your regular allotment, we can schedule a pick-up with the trash removal business of your choice.
  • All approved donations are tax-deductible. A receipt may be provided upon request.
Do you provide supplies?

We can provide supplies for an additional fee. Typically we use a lot of cardboard boxes for donations, 42 gallon contractor bags, and cleaning supplies.

What is Feng Shui?

Pronounced “Fung Shway”, its literal translation is Wind Water. Feng Shui is the 3000 year old Chinese art or philosophy of placement that harmonizes one with the surrounding environment. It is a complex body of knowledge that teaches how to use elements, color, cures, and placement to boost and balance the energy (chi) of any given area. Applying Feng Shui principles to a space is thought to assure good fortune to the people inhabiting it.

What is a Feng Shui report?

A Feng Shui report is a document that includes pictures of your home with specific cures and suggested changes. I also include several helpful hand-outs on implementing Feng Shui.
